In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact us and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. We will also arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
